As part of its innovation strategy, Hager entrusted me with the design of a mobile application intended to control charging stations for electric vehicles. The objective: to offer a simple experience for individuals, while integrating an advanced mode for installer electricians.

The project covered the entire design process: benchmarking, design thinking workshops, UX/UI design on Figma, multilingual UX writing (via Lokalise), visualization of energy flows in real time, and support for developers until delivery. Specific work was done to create a stronger link between the physical product and the digital application.

Redesign of a B2B tool intended for electricians, to facilitate the planning of electrical installations. The work focused on information architecture, clarity of interfaces on small screens, and the addition of features to automatically recommend the right products. Special attention was given to micro-interactions and the smoothness of the experience.

Redesign of the web interface allowing installers and managers to supervise multiple charging stations in the network. The aim was to optimize the menu architecture, visually prioritize essential information, and improve overall ergonomics for quick handling on the ground.

On this hardware/software project, I supported the team in the UX/UI validation of the interface of a connected intercom, integrating facial recognition. My role was to verify graphic consistency, the behavior of micro-interactions, and to design the animations informing the user of the state of recognition.

As a lead UX/UI, I accompanied the Swiss startup Mizen in the design of its mobile banking application. The goal was to provide a smooth and reassuring experience despite the complex legal constraints of banking onboarding. I defined the entire user experience, designed the design system, and ensured the coherence of the interface in close collaboration with the developers.

As a volunteer designer, I worked with the Mawaqit team on the complete redesign of its mobile application, used daily by millions of users around the world. I worked on a new graphic charter, a design system adapted to different platforms (mobile, TV, watch), and the development of mockups and prototypes to improve the overall experience.

At Faurecia, I participated in the design of an interface replacing conventional mirrors with an embedded digital system. The project aimed to ensure a safe and intuitive experience for the driver, while considering the ergonomic constraints of driving.

I conducted a series of qualitative user tests to evaluate different interfaces embedded in a vehicle prototype. The aim was to validate comprehension, ease of use, and user preferences to guide design choices.

This innovative project aimed to transform decorative surfaces of the car interior into illuminated interactive zones. I worked on defining the functions, designing the interface, and creating light animations to guide the user.
